*For Birthday parties that need to cancel or reschedule, Jump Time’s deposit refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations
- Cancellations that are more than 7 days before the start date/time of your party – The deposit will be refunded in full as store credit and added your account.
- Cancellations that are less than 7 days but more than 72 hours before the start date/time of your party – 50% of the deposit will be refunded as store credit and added to your account.
- Cancellations that are less than 72 hours before the start date/time of your party – No refund will be given.
Rescheduling
- Reschedules that are more than 72 hours before the start date/time of your party – The deposit will be refunded in full as store credit.
- Reschedules that are less than 72 hours before the start date/time of your party – No refund will be given.
- Parties that reschedule for more than 72 hours before party who then cancel at a later date will not receive a refund.
Other Things to Note:
* A 10% service charge will be added to parties with 20 or more jumpers.
* You may bring one dessert of choice with a scheduled premium or build-a-party. No other outside food or beverages are allowed.
* There is no fee for guests who are not jumping. However, they are required to have a waiver to be in the building. Please request that your guests complete their waivers in advance.
